Every fee shows in that team's cashbook, and the treasurer can see who still owes.
Every fee shows in the cashbook, including Adfin's 1% and 20p.
Money lands in the club's own bank account.
Three jobs: collect the subs, keep a ledger an examiner can take away, and prepare a Gift Aid reclaim the club submits itself. A further guide lists free tools a registered charity can apply for.
Subs
How a Community Amateur Sports Club collects subs and keeps a receipts-and-payments file, and why Gift Aid on membership fees is for a charity.
Ledger
Funds, nominals, exceptions, and an examiner CSV for a charity or a CASC, with a book for every team. The pack does not prepare accruals accounts.
Reclaim
The club sets the eligible share, families pay the full package, and the authorised official submits the HMRC file. SquadPilot does not send the claim.
Software
What charity and CASC club software has to cover: one system for the organisation, subs on the club's own account, a receipts-and-payments ledger, and a Gift Aid reclaim the club submits.
Tools
Registered charities can apply for Google, Microsoft, Canva, and BoldSign. A new website still needs the club's own words, photos, and the story of its sponsors.
Move the sliders. What the club keeps uses Adfin's standard rate, 1% + 20p, on every plan. Gift Aid assumes half of members opt in, and the club has to check that figure with HMRC.
You'd be on Growth: £50/month + 1% + 20p per Direct Debit.
SquadPilot OS costs
Gift Aid you could claim
£5,625
If half of members opt in. Half of each fee is treated as a voluntary donation, and HMRC repays 25p on each £1 of that donation.
Your club keeps
£87,900
97.7% of every pound collected. That works out at 70p per member per month, all-in.
An estimate: one Direct Debit per member, 12 a year, at Adfin's standard rate of 1% plus 20p. That processing is passed through. SquadPilot plan prices include VAT. The monthly fee is separate from what a parent pays. The Gift Aid figure is separate from what the club keeps.
Adfin standard processing, 1% + 20p, on every plan. The monthly fee steps with the size of the club.

You do not buy modules. Every plan uses Adfin's standard processing rate, 1% + 20p on a membership collection. The monthly price includes VAT and steps with the size of the club.
The 1% and the 20p are Adfin's fee, passed through. They are not a SquadPilot charge on top.
Holiday camps, festivals, ticketed nights, and the public donations page are Adfin payment requests on the club's own account. No SquadPilot fee on those one-off payments. The payment provider's own fee is the club's.
There is no setup fee and no price for a module.
Above 1,200 members there is no published price.
Clubs up to 1,200 members move on a published plan. Larger clubs get a custom package.

How parents pay, what processing costs, and what the monthly fee includes.
Gift Aid, CASC clubs, and the examiner file are in Resources
Memberships are collected on the club's own Adfin account. One payment request per family per month. SquadPilot connects the way an accountant connects to a client. A failed Direct Debit leaves that month open. The treasurer can send another way to pay the same request. It does not become a second bill.
Parents pay by Direct Debit on the club's own Adfin account. Mandates and payouts sit with the club. On every SquadPilot plan, the processing rate on membership collections is Adfin's standard rate, 1% + 20p. SquadPilot does not add a surcharge on the parent's payment. The SquadPilot monthly fee is a separate Direct Debit on SquadPilot's own Adfin account, never taken out of a parent's payment. SquadPilot does not publish a separate Adfin tariff.
Plans from £15 a month, including VAT. Every module is in the price from Starter upward — members, charity reporting, Gift Aid, expenses, events, venues, training plans, and the rest. There are no module add-ons on the public price card.
