Pitch Organiser
Recurring lets, weekend hires, and who is on which part of which pitch. A coach submits a request and reads the allocation. An admin assigns. The app does not book the council.
Members, the examiner pack, Gift Aid, expenses, events, venues, and training plans. One price card, no module add-ons.

Physio booking is not a separate parent calendar in the app today. A coach can log a concern or a match-day medical incident. The wellbeing officer holds the case. The app does not investigate and does not replace the police, social work, or the Scottish FA.
Included in the plan price. An admin writes the plan. Other admins read and copy a public plan. The phone view is there to print or share. There is no coach login that edits the plan. The library is the club's own saved plans, not a catalogue of sessions.
Task board with an owner and a due date. Committee chart. Risk log. A note to a role, a team, or the whole club. Quality Mark and Scottish Women's Bronze stay with those bodies; the app holds a task and can store an id. It does not check the id and does not award the mark.
Memberships are collected on the club's own Adfin account. One payment request per family per month. SquadPilot connects the way an accountant connects to a client. A failed Direct Debit leaves that month open. The treasurer can send another way to pay the same request. It does not become a second bill.
The SquadPilot monthly fee is a separate Direct Debit on SquadPilot's own Adfin account, never taken out of a parent's payment.
Who is in, who has left, and what the family is due. Starter and Growth use the import wizard. Club Pro includes assisted migration.
A receipts and payments face for OSCR, the Charity Commission for England and Wales, the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, or a CASC. Funds, nominals, exceptions, and an examiner CSV. A non-charity sees a management face on the same lines.
At £250,000 gross receipts, or where the charity must accrue, the examiner still prepares accruals accounts. This pack does not.
The club sets how much of a cleared package payment goes on a Gift Aid claim. Families pay the full package. The HMRC file is for the club's authorised official to submit.
A donations page for the club. When Gift Aid is on, the gift is the whole amount, not the membership split.
This season's lead, assistant, and team manager. Helpers without a login. The same person folded across teams. An SFA or COMET id can be stored. It is not checked with the Scottish FA.

A coach raises either. A scan can fill the draft. Cash with no receipt needs a reason and a second person on the team to confirm.
The treasurer approves expenses and supplier invoices and pays them from the bank. The app does not pay the volunteer or the supplier.
Holiday camps, festivals other clubs enter, and a ticketed night such as a race night. Holiday camps, festivals, ticketed nights, and the public donations page are Adfin payment requests on the club's own account. No SquadPilot fee on those one-off payments.
A public page for the club, with Gift Aid when the club is ready to claim it.

Policies to preview and download. They live with the club, not in a folder.

Match photos stay with the people who should see them. A social tick only when every child on the team has a current yes.
