An established sports club.
About 800 players, boys' and girls' sections, a women's team, and more than one council for pitches. The Direct Debit book and the member list already exist. On Club Pro, which includes help moving them.

Who they are
An established club already collects membership by Direct Debit and already holds a register. Income is high enough that OSCR expects a proper file and an independent examiner. The committee also needs one list of who coaches and who helps each team, including the sides that have only just started.
The strain
Mandates and member data sit in the old book. A coach who also has children at the club is chasing one inbox for the family and another for the team. A new team starts without a clear list of who does what, and without the club's procedures where that team can find them.
What they open on a Monday
The move of the Direct Debit book and the member register, with Club Pro's assisted migration. Coaches who have children at the club use the platform for those children and for club communications. The committee sees the lead, the assistant, and the helpers on each team, and uses that list to walk the newest teams through the club's procedures: who to tell, which task is due, and how this club runs a match day. The examiner pack stays the receipts and payments face for OSCR. Gift Aid is prepared in the app and submitted by the club's own authorised official.
What they can hand to someone else
The examiner takes the receipts-and-payments file. A committee member owns bringing a new team up to the club's protocols. A coach reads where the team plays, the shared training plan, and the messages the club sends, and sees their own children's membership in the same place. Helpers are named on the team. They do not get a login.
What this does not do for them
It does not move a mandate by itself. Existing Direct Debits stay where they are until that book is moved. It does not promise accrued statutory accounts, a Quality Mark badge, or that the app checks a coach's registration with the Scottish FA.
