A private sports coach.
One coach running the business, two others on the sessions, hired pitches, holiday weeks, and a handful of weekly groups. Not a club. On Starter when the paying list is under 100.

Who they are
A private sports coach in a Scottish town. It is a business, not a charity and not a SCIO. The coach wants the sessions to look the same whichever of the other two takes them, and a simple way to know who has paid and who is owed for petrol and balls.
The strain
Plans live in one coach's notes, camp money is separate from weekly subs, and petrol receipts wait in a group chat until someone remembers to pay them back.
What they open on a Monday
The management face of the accounts is enough. OSCR lines are not their obligation. Gift Aid stays off. Training plans are the reason they stay: the lead coach writes the night once and shares it, and the other two do not log in to edit it. Camps and a ticketed extra session cover the one-off weeks. Expense requests cover what the two coaches laid out. The lead coach approves and pays from the business account.
What they can hand to someone else
Either of the other coaches can run the night from the shared plan. The lead coach sees who has paid without reconciling three lists.
What this does not do for them
It does not pretend a private sports coach needs an examiner pack, and it does not offer a login that lets the other coaches edit the plan.
